Sue Rodriguez-John
Quality Assurance Manager
Sue has worked in social care since 1995 and has been in management for 15 years managing residential care homes including setting up new services. She now has responsibility for delivering an ongoing quality service for Vista Care Ltd.
Her experience includes Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers Syndrome, Prader Willi Syndrome, mental health needs, complex care needs and behaviours that challenge.

Emma Macavoy
Business Development Manager -Registered Manager - Supported Living Services.
Extensive experience of working with both children and adults with Autism Spectrum conditions and Learning Disabilities.

Stacey Shand
Registered Manager - Nene House
Stacey has vast experience of working with adults with Autism Spectrum conditions and Learning Disabilities and has her NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.
Emma Newman
Registered Manager - Castle House
Emma has worked in the care sector for 19 years after completing her BSC (Hons) degree in Health Studies. She has predominantly worked with adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Emma’s further qualification include:

NVQ4 Management for Care Services.
Lucy Drake
Registered Manager - Rockingham House
Lucy has worked in the care industry since completing her A levels in 2001. Working her way up starting as a support worker and taking on her first registered manager role in 2009. Over this time she has supported individuals with many different disabilities, including autism and behaviours that challenge. She has in this time completed further studies:
NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care
NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for care services.
