Home Care Services

Our flexible Home Care Services helps people living in the Northamptonshire area who have a Learning Disability and who are on the Autistic Spectrum.

This includes assisting people to participate in the local community; for example by going shopping, attending college, university, accessing healthcare, leisure facilities and using public transport.

Packages can also include support with personal care, independent living, household skills, planning and budgeting.

This one-to-one support is tailored to people's individual requirements and helps them to live as independently as possible, build confidence and to access opportunities and activities outside of their home.

Our staff receive ongoing autism-specific training, taking a person centred approach and placing the individual at the core of their work.

Our Home Care Services Support can be long or short-term and maybe offered to people in:

• supported living accommodation
• a sheltered housing scheme
• the family home
• the community
• an educational setting

Individual support packages include:

• autism-specific, person-centred approaches
• support with setting of goals and aspirations
• support with general issues relating to Autism or Aspergers syndrome
• support to maintain relationships with family and friends
• community access opportunities

We provide Home Care Services to help people build their confidence and develop independence in all aspects of their life.

Every package is unique, person-centred and focused on the needs, wishes, and aspirations of the individual.
