Rockingham House

Rockingham House provides person centered care and support in a safe environment for 4 people with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, other assocated complex needs including behaviours that challenge.

The home is spacious and includes 4 bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities and a large bathroom.  There is also a seperate lounge, dining room, conservatory and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Rockingham House is based in Kettering town centre with easy access to many  amenities including: post office, banks, GP surgeries, dentisits, opticians, library, supermarkets, independant shops, leisure centre with gym and swimming pool, restaurants and cafes.  The home also has its own transport to take people on visits enabling them to participate in community life as much or as little as they wish.

Staffing levels are appropriate to each individual residents needs which ensures that each resident can fully participate in indoor and outdoor interests whilst not comprising their safety.  Intervention is offered from a behavioural perspective and strategies from the TEACH approach are used to improve communication and structure.

Our experienced staff team work closely with the local CTPLD team and other multi disciplinary agencies to provide an excellent level of service to those we support. This ensures that all health and support needs can be met.
